They talk about how when once you had no oxygen, then get a little breathing room it's tempting to loose your gazelle intensity. This is a dangerous time as many people even go 'off program' here instead of seeing it thru to the finish line. You may be surprised at what they have. There are a lot of purebreds in shelters, and sometimes there are specific breed rescue groups. For instance, I know they have one for golden retrievers, grey hounds, and other dogs. The place we got Lizzie from has smaller breeds too. Some of the best dogs are in shelters and need homes.
